MQP series spiral air crushing is the high-speed air to drive the material in the direction of tangential impact in the grinding chamber, shear and other comprehensive forces to break the material. After the compressed gas is released instantaneously through the Laval nozzle, the heat absorption effect is generated, which takes away the heat generated in the crushing process, so that the material can be crushed in a low temperature environment.   • 01The grinding chamber structure is made of two whole steel plates CNC machining, without any welding seams and rotating parts, without any dead corners, easy to disassemble and clean, especially suitable for the production of sterile drugs for injection and infusion.

  • 03Internal surface electrolytic polishing, roughness up to Ra=0.4 micron.
